Description
The IA-3178-E is an Industrial, TCP/IP, Web controlled Relay Controller Board that includes 32 Power Relays and an Isolated, High Voltage Line Monitor, designed and supported by Intelligent-Appliance. The relays are of SPDT kind, with a Contact Rating of 16Amp@30VDC, and 16Amp@250VAC. The average Current Flow at board level should be kept at 10Amp per Relay, to ensure secured operation without cooling. The Relays may be operated in a normal random way, or they can be operated in pairs, providing some sort of DPDT functionality, manipulated by onboard logic. The IA-3178-E Relay Controller includes Series-3000 Daisy-Chain facility, enabling a simple Local expansion, controlling a massive amount of boards, through a single IP. The IA-3178-E Software Support package includes open source code examples as well as setup and configuration utilities for fast software implementation. The IA-3178-E makes an excellent tool for Web control systems, Factory Floor, Machine Control, Environment control and Home control.
